- Ab Ripper X

- Blue (heavy) band for non-pullup exercises
- Purple (very heavy) band for pullup exercises
Thoughts
Damn. This workout was TOUGH. We have been eating out for about a month now, since we’ve been moving across the country. I felt sick throughout the last 25% of the workout, and I didn’t even make it all the way through Ab Ripper X. (Let’s be honest, can ANYONE make it all the way through Ab Ripper X??)
