This workout really gave my shoulders and arms some burn! For the exercises that felt too easy, I made the loop in the bands even smaller, or upped the band weight. As you’ll see from my workout sheet, I improved from this workout last week! I’m very excited about that!
Ab Ripper X still killed me. I am so excited for the day when I’ll be able to keep up with those maniacs. I can’t lay on my back and stick one (or both) of my feet straight up in the air. It’s just too tough for me right now (and my legs are as big as tree trunks). However, I did my best and forgot the rest!
I can feel individual exercises getting easier, and I’m excited about more of them becoming easier, so I can up the resistance!
