Thoughts
As I said in the video, I always dread this workout (well, the two times I’ve done it so far). It is TOUGH. I did get through a few more moves than I did a week ago, which is refreshing. I still can’t straighten my legs for the duration of the exercises where I’m lying down with extended legs, but I’m getting closer. I’m pushing further into the stretches to increase my flexibility, and I’ll soon be hanging with the video’d crew.
