The Legs & Back workout is always a tough one for me. I pushed through it as best I could, and I was happy with my results. Any time I needed a break, I jumped right back in as quickly as I possibly could. I did very well on the wall squats. I can’t stick my individual legs out too far when doing single-leg wall squats, but I’m getting there. I can feel the burn, and I can’t wait for my next Legs & Back workout.
Ab Ripper X was just what it usually is. Brutal. I’m getting much better at some of the exercises. When I get to “Crunchy Frog,” I’ve been trying to do three at a time, take a break, and keep going. This time, I did four at a time. I was impressed with myself! I can’t wait to see my ripped abs!
