Thoughts

Damn, this workout always gets me!  My heart rate was through the roof for the most part of Plyo X.  I topped out at about 163bpm, and I felt it.  This is a high intensity workout, and I’m thinking that it will be pretty tough even after 90 days, but of course, I’m going to get better and better at it!

In other news, my pecs are very sore today from yesterday’s Chest & Back workout!  I’ve missed this feeling for a long time, and it feels GREAT!  It’s great to have physical proof that you’re kicking ass and taking names, and that’s exactly what I’m doing.  I’m powering through week two, and I can’t wait to get to week three!
