So a few days ago, I got the results back from my Food Sensitivity test. It turns out my body is sensitive to soy, dairy, eggs, and gluten. That kind of sucks, because those are all four of the categories they test – and I’m intolerant to them all. Such is life, eh?
My theory is that everyone is allergic/sensitive to some foods that they don’t know about. For instance – I just thought it was normal to become toot-city after having a pint of ice cream. I’m sure there are many people who think the same thing. My guess is that about 80% of the population has a food sensitivity that they’re not aware of, but they just keep on living like everyone else.
